Who we are *

Welcome to Sierra Madre Tortilla Co., where tradition meets taste, and every tortilla tells a story.

For over three generations, our family has been dedicated to the craft of making high-quality corn tortillas—tortillas that are not only delicious but also nourishing for your body. Our journey began more than 50 years ago when my grandfather, Papi Beto, opened his first stoneground corn tortilleria in Mexico (Tortilleria Lupita) with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide his community with tortillas that were as authentic as they were full of heart. He wasn’t just making tortillas—he was preserving a tradition, sharing a piece of our culture, and bringing people together through food.

Today, we honor that same tradition right here in Florida, carrying on my grandfather’s legacy with the same passion and commitment. Our tortillas are made the old-fashioned way—fresh, flavorful, and always crafted with care. We use only the finest whole kernel USDA Certified organic corn, prepared daily in small batches to ensure the highest quality. No preservatives. No food dyes. Just real, wholesome ingredients that honor both your well-being and our rich heritage.

But our love for corn doesn’t stop there. We also make thick, crunchy tortilla chips—perfect for snacking, dipping, and sharing. Every bite is a celebration of tradition, a connection to our roots, and a testament to the flavors that have been passed down through generations.

From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our story. ¡Bienvenidos!
